C\u2019est une conversation. Comprendre pourquoi le client est l\u00e0, pour qui il <strong>ach\u00e8te<\/strong>, dans quel contexte, avec quel <strong>budget<\/strong>. Voil\u00e0 ce qui cr\u00e9e un lien r\u00e9el.
