Founded in 2008 by artistic director Eliana Venier, Alienina is an Italian bag brand born from a unique vision: to give new life and functionality to everyday objects by transforming them into unique and sustainable pieces. Rooted in a philosophy of reinventing the ordinary, the brand gives each creation new aesthetic value while extending its life cycle. Designed and handcrafted in the workshop in Perugia, Umbria, its pieces combine Italian artisanal know-how with techniques inspired by traditional crafts reinterpreted in a contemporary way. Alienina uses 90% production waste materials, washable organic cotton ropes, natural wax, recycled plastic, and biodegradable leather. Since the arrival of Pilar Concheiro, the brand has been driven by a close-knit duo united by a shared creative and sustainable vision.
