The story of Solanco began as an epic journey with Pierre Arakelian, a young Armenian orphan, who decided to create his own company in 1929, opening a modest workshop with his French wife. His ambition was clear: to design high-quality, comfortable, and durable shoes intended to accompany their wearers over time.
