Bokja
Founded in Beirut in 2000 by Huda Baroudi and Maria Hibri, Bokja is a design collective that draws on stories, traditions, and cultural diversity to create its unique assemblage aesthetic. By combining textile fragments collected along the Silk Road with antique furniture, the brand has built a rich and unexpected visual language where each piece conveys memory and identity. Today, Bokja brings together artisans and designers from over ten countries, united by the mission to preserve regional craft while redefining it with a contemporary voice. More than a design studio, Bokja is a craftivist platform, advocating for sustainability, tolerance, and creativity, and using textiles as a medium to weave connections and share powerful messages.
