Founded in 2020 by stylist Vanessa Reid, photographer Bibi Borthwick and her husband, Port Tanger was born as a poetic response to Tangier and the spirit of travel. The brand pays tribute to memories, cultures, and colors of the world through handcrafted eyewear conceived as objects of transmission. Each frame, handmade in Japan from premium acetate and fitted with lenses offering 100% UVA/UVB protection, combines comfort, function, and design. Port Tanger embraces a familial and cultural approach, weaving tradition, nostalgia, and craftsmanship with hope, creativity, and modernity. The house is also committed to building a creative community through its Visited By collaborations, giving life to unique pieces in dialogue with other artistic universes.
