Ungaro
The Ungaro House was founded in 1965 by French fashion designer Emanuel Ungaro. After honing his craft at Cristóbal Balenciaga and Courrèges, Ungaro decided to launch his own couture house, quickly gaining recognition for its avant-garde creations and bold use of colors and patterns. Over the years, Ungaro has established itself on the international fashion scene with collections that blend sophistication, sensuality, and elegance. In the 1980s, UNGARO also diversified its activities by launching ready-to-wear lines, accessories, and perfumes. Emanuel Ungaro retired in 2004, but the house continues to perpetuate his legacy by collaborating with contemporary designers and staying true to its innovative and bold spirit.
