VEJA is a French shoe brand founded in 2005 by Sébastien Kopp and François-Ghislain Morillion. The initiative was born out of their desire to create ecological and ethical shoes, breaking away from the practices of the conventional industry. VEJA sources sustainable raw materials, such as organic cotton from Brazil and Peru and wild rubber from the Amazon. Production takes place under fair working conditions in Brazil. VEJA stands out for its transparency, eco-responsible and social approach, and its commitment to environmentally friendly and worker rights-respecting practices, thus contributing to a positive change in the fashion industry.
